Return and Refund Policy

At AeroGo, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions.

Returns

You can return most new, unopened items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and labels.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@myaerogo.com for instructions. Once approved, send your return to: Ningbo Penta Tech Co Ltd, North Gate of No. 85, Lane 520, Tongning Road, Jiangbei, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China 315033 (Contact: Pan Da, +86 18072346674).

Important: Please declare US$8 on the shipping label when returning. Packages without this declaration may be detained at Chinese customs and cannot be processed.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded. As this is an international return to China, shipping costs can be significantly higher than a local return. We recommend contacting us first at hello@myaerogo.com — in many cases we can offer a suitable solution without requiring you to return the item.

Exclusions

Certain items cannot be returned, including products returned more than 100 days after delivery and items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and processed the returned item. There is no restocking fee. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item, but this may vary due to processing times at your bank or payment provider. Any claims regarding returned items must be made within 7 days of the warehouse receiving your package.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The easiest way is to return the product for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Change of Mind

You can return unopened products in their original condition within 100 days for a full refund. Please follow the standard return procedure above.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at hello@myaerogo.com immediately. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Product Received

If the wrong product has been delivered, please contact customer service and we will correct this at no cost to you.

Order Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team at hello@myaerogo.com and we will investigate immediately.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting customer service. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned according to the standard return procedure above.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded.
