Below you will find an overview of our shipping information, estimated delivery times, and how to track your order.
Shipping from China Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Ningbo, China. Please take this into account when placing your order. Due to international shipping, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These costs are at the customer's expense and are not covered by AeroGo.
Processing Time Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time Our estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and any customs delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 8–16 business days.
Shipping Options We offer standard free delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. There are no additional shipping costs.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment and know when to expect it.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 100 days of receiving your items at hello@myaerogo.com for further instructions on how to return your order. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
